by : Yemen Details

The C.O.T.P platform for tracking organized crime and money laundering in Yemen, has obtained information from this secret file supported by secret documents issued by several Houthi authorities, which is considered one of the most important secret files of the Houthi group, which is directly managed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard ((IRGC)) with coordination and supervision from Hezbollah militia.

This file includes a map of smuggling and arming the Houthi group from Iran, the keys to the Houthi expansion project in the Horn of Africa, as well as the supervisors and implementers.

This report consists of several parts and contains information revealing for the first time the activities of the Houthi group in the Horn of Africa, starting from smuggling weapons, recruiting Africans, and using them in their expansionist intelligence and terrorist activities.

Secret lectures confirmed that the responsibility for the external expansion project in the African Horn was assigned to Abdulwahed Abu Ras, the head of the Houthis' "Security and Intelligence Apparatus", Abdul Hakim Al Khaywani, and the deputy head of the apparatus for external operations sector Hassan Al Kahlani (AKA, Abu Shaheed), as well as Hassan Al Marani and Abu Hayder Al Qahoom, with the aim of fulfilling Iran's efforts to expand in the African continent and control international shipping lanes. Tehran entrusted the Houthis with the mission of expanding in the Horn of Africa.

The documents pointed to the role played by the Deputy Foreign Minister and head of the Foreign Relations Department in the political council of the Houthis, Hussein Al-Ezzi, through diplomatic sources and individuals working with him in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Sudan, and Kenya. Intelligence, security, political, and logistical relationships are being established with individuals and elements close to the Houthi group in those countries, and efforts are being made to attract as many diplomats as possible in Yemeni embassies in those countries.

The documents revealed the Houthi's efforts to establish sensitive and precise intelligence stations in all countries in the Horn of Africa and neighboring countries to Yemen. They are working on preparing, training, and rehabilitating their staff as quickly as possible in order to activate them appropriately and at the right time to achieve the goals of the so-called "Quranic March and common interests with the countries of the resistance, especially Iran, Gaza, and Lebanon."

The documents revealed the goal of the Houthis, which is to prepare and equip with elements and individuals who have established relationships with Africa to "accomplish actions and movements and activities in the Red Sea and the countries of the Horn of Africa to support the Houthis in case they face any external political or diplomatic international pressures".

This report also includes the names of the leaders involved, starting from the supervisor in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard ((IRGC)) Abu Mahdi to the owner of the smallest weapons smuggling boat in the Red Sea, in addition to the relationship between the Somali "Al-Shabaab" organization with the Houthi group and Africans, as well as the networks recruiting and smuggling Africans to and from Yemen in one of the most dangerous human trafficking and organized crimes.
