Masam Project Dismantles 572 Hothi Mines in a week in Yemen
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Project (Masam) for clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled, during the first week of July 2023, a total of 572 mines planted by the Houthi militia across Yemen, including 104 anti-tanks and 468 unexploded ordnance.
Since the beginning of the project, as many as 406,390 mines have been dismantled.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, seeks through the project to clear Yemeni lands of the mines randomly planted by the Houthi militia, causing the death and injury of innocent children, women, and the elderly.
